In this comprehensive outline, Kringold truly gets it and has a keen understanding of the unique challenges women face when growing older, especially the societal pressures and expectations that add to the stresses women experience. I enjoyed reading Aging Gracefully for Women Over 50 by Dr. Steve Kringold. It was a delightful, elevating, inspirational and refreshing book. I'm not over 50 yet, but I loved it. The information shared is well-researched and expertly compiled to be relevant to women's main concerns regarding aging. Kringold provides actionable steps that women can take and details of the foods they should eat, physical and mental exercises they can do, and how to improve their sleep and spiritual well-being. I was making notes while reading, especially about which fruits and vegetables to eat. I particularly enjoyed the section on how to improve your sleep. After reading Aging Gracefully for Women Over 50, you get a whole new perspective on health, a cohesive one.

Aging Gracefully for Women Over 50: Dr. Steve's Guide to Help Reverse Aging, Disease, Weight Gain and Energy Lost by Dr. Steve Kringold is a fabulous and comprehensive guide for women who want to age on their own terms. It helps women age gracefully and most importantly in a healthy way. Everything Dr. Kringold knows about the topic is shared with us vividly. He uses quotes to make his points and share more wisdom. The author also shows how important it is to be kind to oneself, for instance by not comparing oneself to others. Thank you, Dr. Kringold, for such a gem of a book that I will regularly peruse.

Aging Gracefully for Women Over 50 by Dr. Steve Kringold is the definitive guide for women over 50 and I know what I’m talking about since I’m turning 51 tomorrow. This is a scary time, with menopause starting to make us wonder about our health, our looks, and about the aging process in general. I found everything I needed to feel reassured and get the help I required. This is the most comprehensive book on the subject matter I have found. The author tackles the issues of mindset (and particularly being positive and self-confident), health, energy, sleep, preventing illness, and so much more. Everything is told in a kindly tone, with no judgment, and using lovely examples. I found the “Top 10 Age-Busting Foods” particularly interesting and loved the holistic approach. A book to treasure!

Over 50? Feeling stressed? Exhausted? Lack energy? You’re not alone and there are ways to boost your energy levels, feel better, look better, and live the golden years you always wanted to do. Perhaps we can’t all be Katharine Hepburn, living our dream life on Golden Pond in our golden years, but we can aspire to do great things and live a full golden life. It’s all about how we approach our life, and how we define who we are, even at the 50-plus stage. Aging Gracefully for Women Over 50: Dr. Steve’s Guide to Help Reverse Aging, Disease, Weight Gain and Energy Lost shows that “Mindset is such a vital part of aging gracefully; it’s often neglected.” Let's face it, if we surround ourselves with negativity, we will be negative. Dr. Steve Kringold believes that “Your attitude impacts how you age.” So let’s be positive, reprogramming our brains to achieve a more beneficial outlook on life over 50.

Dr. Steve Kringold’s self-help book Aging Gracefully for Women Over 50 is a valuable resource aimed at helping women develop greater inner confidence as they approach those golden years. The book is well structured, beginning with the vital topic of mindfulness before delving into other important themes like diet, exercise, preventing illness (as best as you can), and promoting the importance of a good night’s sleep. The author presents his information simply and straightforwardly, in a manner that makes the reader feel as if he’s talking to her as a patient. The tone is encouraging and frequently points out the importance of remaining positive, to believe that you are still “young and beautiful, both on the inside and out.” A thorough and informative read.

Aging Gracefully for Women over 50 by Dr. Steve Kringold is a non-fiction book that takes a comprehensive look at 'Dr. Steve's Guide to Help Reverse Aging, Disease, Weight Gain and Energy Lost'. Dr. Steve employs a full-body approach that accounts for our natural biology, a bit of science, and a really healthy holistic perspective for mind, body, and soul. Broken down over eight distinct and interconnected chapters, Dr. Steve covers topics that include, but are certainly not limited to, mindset and the negative ideas surrounding aging, fasting and a balanced diet that fuels and strengthens, exercise and sleep, disease prevention, and ways we are able to embrace ourselves without giving up pieces of who we are and what we love because we believe it's just the way it is.

My grandmother always says that the worst part about getting older is that we become invisible. Fashion designers stop designing for us, advertising is limited to incontinence and life insurance, and when we shop for lingerie the salespeople always ask who it is for because apparently owning pretty underpants is inconceivable. I love Aging Gracefully for Women over 50 because it really homes in on mindset, positivity, energy, and not letting the world, and ourselves, slow us down. Perhaps the most impactful section for me is where Dr. Steve Kringold speaks to us about the most effective ways to prevent aging, among them being morsels of encouragement like defining your waistline and skipping retirement. The intermittent fasting, how to do it, and why it matters was also a game changer for me. Overall, this is a tightly written, informative, and engaging book and I have no doubt other readers will feel the same. Very highly recommended.
