Ava’s character is adorable and her enthusiasm on her first day of school is infectious. It is a good book for parents to read out to their children, especially to all those kids going to start kindergarten. Ava's first day at kindergarten is exciting and interesting and the author captures it beautifully in a way that readers will find appealing.
