Welcome to the enchanting world that exists underwater and in Coral Reef Animals: Book One Invertebrates – A Guide In Rhyme by Eve Heidi Bine-Stock children learn about the mysterious world of coral reef invertebrates. Many creatures that live in the ocean are introduced in rhyming verses, making them lovable and captivating. The verses reveal the diversity and importance of these exotic creatures that live underwater. There is an element of mystery and curiosity about these creatures that add beauty to the ocean bed and they play an important role in maintaining the environment. Be it sea anemones or jellyfish or sea cucumbers or any of the many other creatures that live in the sea, let us discover and learn about them through these whimsical verses.
The author makes the topic interesting and will encourage readers to learn more about these creatures with her colorful way of introducing them. The poems are also a revelation of the vivid life that exists underwater. The book will also make readers aware of global warming and being responsible when it comes to protecting the reefs because of the effect they have on the environment. The illustrations are colorful and bright and take young readers into the sea and the life that exists there. Coral Reef Animals: Book One Invertebrates is an educational and informative book, and will make learning science fun and interesting. I am sure, like me, that young readers will be eagerly waiting for Book Two.
