The battle between good and evil continues in Crimson Cage by Tom Howard. The police have a hard enough job attempting to save the world from criminals, but when demons are added into the mix, it makes a much stronger foe. Wyatt always knew it would be difficult to fight the demons, but he never realized just how strong they could actually be. Now that he has something of his own to fight for, Jess and his precious child, the fight has turned even more personal. But what if there was something else out there that he didn’t even know he needed to fight for? Another young child with ties that will bind him just as strongly as Natalie? Will he be able to find the power that he needs to fight for that child and the rest of the world?
This is definitely an action and adventure book with just the right amount of romance thrown in to make things a bit more interesting. Wyatt is the type of character that really pulls you in and makes you want to know a whole lot more. You’ll want to keep learning more about him and you’ll be looking for the next book in this series, just like I was. There’s far more to everything that’s going on than meets the eye and there’s danger (and possibly help) lurking behind each and every corner in Crimson Cage by Tom Howard. You won’t want to miss out on this one.
