Author Biography

Mark Craven is the author of several books and writes a self-development blog for his website, www.SuccessUpAhead.com. He has worked as a Math Instructor, Student Success Coach, and Senior Academic Advisor at the college level. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology and a master’s degree in Higher Education Management. Mark lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with his family.

He details the shocking revelations from this reunion and how these changed his life and led him on a path of self-discovery and healing. He further dives into his connection with his son, Kai, and how it helped him through his journey. He addresses topics on mental and physical health related to parent-child relationships. I recommend you get a copy and discover how to become the best version of yourself and build a meaningful relationship with your children.

I enjoyed reading Dads, Kiss Your Sons because it touched my heart. It has life-changing lessons for fathers and potential dads but can also apply to family members, friends, and co-workers. Relationships are a give-and-take situation that can be complex and difficult to create and handle. What we say and do to one another affects us differently because we all have distinct personalities and traumas. Mark A Craven has written an honest and vulnerable tale about his struggles and triumphs to educate and help us through similar problems. He provides scientific details about how our life experiences alter our metabolism and lead to various health disorders and how to treat these ailments properly. It is well-written and researched, with a casual tone and details like Craven's love for Starbucks coffee and lighthouses, which reveal his personality. Talking about his likes and learning from his mistakes makes him relatable and human. It is a must-read for everyone as it will transform your life.
