The Bible, with its many shrouded mysteries and proverbs, continues to challenge the depths of mankind’s intellect. Fred Beck tears away the veil, revealing the hidden secrets of the Bible in his new book, God’s Person and Eternal Plan. Like an archaeologist uncovering each artifact, Beck gathers the pieces of the puzzle from across the many books of the Bible, revealing a visible picture of the God who made heaven and earth and designed a purpose and plan for humanity from the beginning to the end. He lays the foundations of God's plan, showing His purpose in every choice and how it is always for the good and benefit of His children. Beck opens up the Bible in a whole new way, enabling us to understand and perceive its vast wonders.

I found Fred Beck’s wording and writing style appealing because of how relatable his anecdotes and dialogue are to everyday speech and social context. I noticed how he paid special attention to the little details in the stories and compared them to their historical significance, making it easier for me to remember everything. God’s Person and Eternal Plan: Bible Stories for Believers Living in a Culture of Unbelief doesn’t follow the layout of the Bible and its stories in the same order. It is structured for readers to understand the message and choices of the writers who penned the biblical words. It was a nice perspective. I encourage more people to read this book and view the Bible from a new angle that prompts conclusions made by the "Spirit of God."
