Heaven Can Wait and Other Stories by Mahiraj Jadeja reflects on the purpose of love and its significance in our lives. It questions the role of things like money and how these affect our livelihood. We look at this from the perspective of Mary, a simple housewife who manages the household with her husband, Michael. Michael, unfortunately, suffers from a stroke, resulting in his death. Mary is left to grieve with the comfort of her sister, Miss Anne. The remainder of the story focuses primarily on combined short stories, which put everything into context. Jadeja does this to convey both the meaning and relevance behind these stories and the fact that they share a piece of common knowledge.
"Love transcends everything." This is the theme of the book. I like Mahiraj Jadeja's approach to developing a unique concept for the storyline. He uses a spiritual motive to convince us of the nature of immateriality. Heaven Can Wait and Other Stories contains lessons about life. As a Christian story, it highlights life's significant moments, which I found compelling. The experiences that the characters go through are life-changing and relatable. The story of Two Bodies, One Heart was particularly interesting to me. Here, Majiraj emphasizes how love strengthens relationships by testing our faith to the limit. Ultimately, I understood that love is a powerful tool for manifestation and should not be underestimated.
