The book is divided into two main sub-parts: first, Lifting the Veil between the illusion of reality and what truly is, and second, living a life in an Awakened state. Author Ziad Masri uses science, diagrams and photographic evidence in backing the claims of the book to great effect, and even readers who may have initially been skeptical of the book before reading it will be won over.

Proving that there is much more to the world that what appears to the naked eye is more than most would be able to achieve, but author Masri has certainly made an impressive dent. Utilizing both science and spirituality in the discussion is highly effective, and even the included photos and illustrations aid in helping the reader to understand that all might not be what it initially appears on the surface. For example, the difference in appearance between water crystals that have formed after a prayer or having a recording of a speech by Martin Luther King Jr. was astounding and I am certain it is not something that the average reader would be aware of.

It is easy for me to give this book my highest recommendation, and I would be delighted to find out that this author is continuing their work in this field and will present us with another book as soon as they are able to do so!

To be perfectly honest, I was excited by the title, Reality Unveiled: The Hidden Keys Of Existence That will Transform Your Life (And The World). I mean, that’s a big claim. I had never read anything by Ziad Masri so I was skeptical that someone completely unknown to me had knowledge so profound that it could change my life and maybe even the world. I mean, wouldn't that be pretty big news? Having read the book now, I can say that this claim could definitely be true, but there are some big ifs involved. If you are looking for a new explanation that will change how you look at reality. If you want to look at reality through a different lens and maybe get a better picture of the big view, then Reality Unveiled by Ziad Masri is a must-read. This is intellectual contemplation that most people can follow, even though it tackles some of the most complex problems of life.

I loved Reality Unveiled. Ziad Masri wrote it for me. He said so in this quote at the very front of the book. “For every person who has felt the call of the heart and thought, there must be something more.” I am that person. I have felt that call. I have thought that thought. I have always been what a Catholic priest called me once: A Seeker. The thing is, I never really knew what I sought. I just assumed I would know it when I found it. Maybe this is it. Time will tell. But I know for sure that Reality Unveiled by Ziad Masri is a simplistically powerful book that takes you on a journey to see life from a much wider point of view. It is well organized and well written. If you think at all about the big questions, you should read this book.

This includes a discussion of scientific principles, all leading toward acknowledging that each individual is a part of an infinite “whole.” This “whole” is essentially the author’s concept of “God” and of God’s creation of the world. The author provides detail about that portion of the world that we humans actually “see” and with which we can engage, as compared to the immaterial world that science tells us actually exists. With this principle - that the material world is not in fact “material,” rather “energy” - the author then sets forth his theory on the journey of the “soul” as witnessed by those who tell of their lives of reincarnation, and in light of evidence of the existence other soul-beings in the wider universe. Then, in part two, Masri expounds on what individuals might do to make their lives and the world at large better, providing meditative exercises, all geared toward changing the age to come.

As I read any work, I’m always on the look-out for the “take away.” This is the portion or principle from the work that is bound to stick with me going forward. I found, in Reality Unveiled, the most notable idea being Ziad Masri’s description of “God” as a force of pure love. Simplified, this force, this energy, wanting something to love, divided itself into numerous parts. Those parts are the souls of those who inhabit the world. As a consequence, every part of the whole has something to love, and the actions of every part of the whole affect all the other parts. Thus, when a person loves anyone, including themselves, they are practicing the very concept of God. If you’re looking for a unique worldview, try Reality Unveiled.
