What i love most about this book is Rita has given out a gentle message that divorce is not an option. The other day my sister and I were arguing over this because she wanted out of her marriage. I encouraged her and gave her Rita's book. I am not a practising christian but i do know divorce for me is not an option, i am 35 now but when i do get married, i would want to settle down for life. God never sleeps. It makes no sense for both of you to be up all night worrying about your problems. If you have to sneak to do it. Lie to cover it up, or delete it to avoid it being seen, then maybe shouldn't be doing it anyways.

My wife, Suzanne and me, had a similar story, the only diff was i really did cheat but through counseling and prayers, i got free from the sin of adultery and 20 years onward, we have five beautiful kids and 8 grand kids, i am a testimony that GOD CAN HEAL MARRIAGES THAT HAVE BEEN BROKEN

Better a broken relationship than a broken marriage, i dated many many men before i found my partner, i walked out on many immature men who had treated me badly. need a lot of support. I'm going on 2 years of being divorced but I'm also remarried, have one child (7) from previous marriage and new baby (6mths) from new marriage. My oldest lives with his dad because I was pretty much homeless after separating and now he always talks about the new girlfriend and how she does things I cant do or how she does them better. I'm just starting the actual divorce stuff. Lawyers and all that. Anyway, long story short he cheated and he wanted the divorce. Very tough for me and our two boys, 12 and 9. Everyday is different. What is bothering me so much right now is my guilt over how broke he is going to be when all is said and done. I'm only asking for what I deserve but he doesn't have a clue! When it does dawn on him, it will be a harsh awakening. Why do I feel so bad for him after all he has put is through. I know partly is because of the boys. If this man wants to survive, he is going to have to get another job. That means less time with the kids. They adore their father. Anyone ever go through this?

Need advise my soon Ex is playing bogus games after me such as making false reports to CPS, Changing Child Support amount but then judge said he couldn't do it cuz it was already agreed how much he has to pay, Police and filing contempt saying I'm not allowing him to see the kids. I am a separated woman who is and has received coaching from The Springfield Ministries, Minna. You may not know me, but we share some things in common. I have been struggling with self esteem and self worth issues for awhile. I have been in a deep depression for about 2yrs. With The Springfield team's guidance and homework, I have taken all those crazy thoughts and put them in their proper perspective. I am learning to prioritize, organize, and follow through. I am exercising, sleeping, and eating a pretty balanced diet. I am no longer focused on negative self talk but focused on tasks that empower me. Generally speaking, I am focused on me and filling my well of life.

Really annoyed when strangers park in front of your house and snow plows have to go around them and then in front of my driveway don't get plowed!!!

We did the joint mediation thing and have decided to work on the best care for the kids. I was pissed cuz in individual mediation she told me if he cared enough to have the kids overnight he should get a hotel. A month later the lady then told me to get out! What! Now she forgot what she told me in joint. Any ways I have realized that divorce is my best option. I just want to sign the papers and move on. Knowing his real feelings he just played family for years. I took the first step towards freedom. I still hate him. He is still threatening me and telling me what to do and where I can live. The purpose of divorce was just for no more control. Its been 15 years and I don't have a clue how to move on and find myself again. I do want to be loved again someday. I have to heal first.
