Lamar’s inner turmoil shows how guilty he feels. He even feels that he betrayed his family by never revealing his illegal activities. Special Agent Gordon’s determination was exemplary. The Navy SEALs and the National Security Agency agents added humor to the dramatic unfolding of events. The dialogue was realistic and felt natural. I liked how the terrorist's views were included as this added depth to the plot. The unpredictable plot and incredible suspense kept me intrigued. I agreed with the theme of questioning how someone can hate a country to the extent of resorting to terrorism. To kill people of different backgrounds and religions is unforgivable. Two If By Sea will appeal to anyone who enjoys stories of espionage, heroism, and patriotism.

The author highlights the cast’s complex traits, giving them authenticity. The emotional edge in the storyline allowed me to connect with the cast and experience their emotions. There is adventure, action, thrill, humor, and so much more in this page-turner.

Tom Clancy watch out for this promising new author. I had a friend recommend "Two If By Sea" as a great read that was chuck full of action and intrigue. They were right. I started to read it, and 8 hours later I was done. WOW! What a GREAT read! I could not put it down!. It would take the collaboration of every government agency, if the USA had a chance to stop the terrorists from nuking America. The Author's ability to transport the reader into the world of all the characters and how each had to negotiate all the potential problems their respective government agencies could sabotage the best laid plans. All the characters were engaging while the author's ability to describe each one with such detail you soon felt like you knew them immediately. Throughout the book the Author show's his great research and knowledge in all aspects of the journey he takes us on. Get ready to be taken on a journey into the world of the cartel, drug smuggling, terrorists, Coast Guard rescues, Navy Seals, operations of the oil transporting industry, romance, and all the engaging characters working to thwart the terrorists. I can't wait for the movie.
