Many things make us fearful to the point that fear becomes an everyday experience. This fear is becoming embedded in our lives. Noise from news headlines, regularity of crises, warnings about the end of the world, and general doom and gloom are spelled out by people. Unknowing the Known by Peter Last attempts to help readers find the reset button from stress to peacefulness. The author calls it fear programming. He helps readers move away from the negative vibrations. It helps shift our behavior to achieving quiet and creative freedom, and an escape from fear. Finding inner tranquility and joy is easier than most people think. The author shows people how to move away from the fear that they have become accustomed to by using a few simple and practical techniques.
