After publishing The Atheist and The Afterlife, Ray Catania presents its sequel, You Are Still Alive, Now Act Like It. The book is aimed at empowering readers to achieve everything they want and more. It is a compilation of lessons from his mentors and his personal experiences—which are constantly transforming and expanding into the metaphysical world. Ray shares that learning and mastering the universal laws that have existed and will exist endlessly is how you access your full potential and succeed effortlessly. In the book, you will learn about Ray's theory of the creation of the universe, higher levels of consciousness, how to manifest through meditation, moving from self-destruction to reconstruction, and many more spiritual and philosophical topics. Prepare to discover how connected you are to the creator and all that constitutes the universe as you unlock your full potential.

You Are Still Alive, Now Act Like It contains some of the most engaging stories I've read in spiritual nonfiction. As these engaging stories are consistent throughout the book and are complemented by intelligent and profound deductions, the book is deeply engaging from start to finish. Ray does not sugarcoat his words nor shy away from telling uncomfortable stories. Consequently, I felt confident about the sincerity and transparency of his messages. Additionally, the book's instructive, explanatory, spellbinding language makes learning its principles and insights an effortless task. I can't wait to chant and experience vibrations running through my "body and mind and out into the universe". Spirituality enthusiasts, readers who have always believed there's more to life than the physical, and others who are always open to learning more about our magical, vast universe are in for a life-changing experience with this book.

You Are Still Alive, Now Act Like It: Empower, Elevate, and Enlighten Your Consciousness is a work of non-fiction in the spiritual, philosophical, and self-help subgenres. The work is best suited to the adult reading audience and was penned by author Ray Catania as the second book of his Awakening series. As the author continues to explore his study of life, death, and the afterlife, this new volume of experiences, considerations, and practical guidance is intended to help others recognize the signs that the universe is giving them. Exploring one’s own consciousness and the power of the human brain, this is an experience-led guidebook for anyone looking to explore the concept of life after death.

Author Ray Catania writes with enthusiasm, passion, professionalism, and honesty on this topic, one which is clearly very dear to his heart. I enjoyed the narrative flow of the work immediately as Catania sets readers at ease by debunking a lot of myths and gatekeeping of major religions and instilling within his readers that they themselves have the power to explore spirituality and unlock the universe without being beholden to any religious figurehead. I enjoyed the openness of the work, and the offerings which the author gives from his own life are great examples to work by and see how the principles of opening oneself up to higher consciousness can work in real life. Overall, You Are Still Alive, Now Act Like It is a highly empowering and interesting read, and I would certainly recommend it to readers seeking non-religious reading matter on philosophies of the afterlife and on living a better, more conscious life here and now.

The uncertainties of life often make us doubt how far we can go. However, most of the limitations we think exist are creations of our minds. In You Are Still Alive, Now Act Like It, Ray Catania proves how one can only go as far as they restrict themselves. Catania argues that one’s perceptions lead them to accomplish something, and their perceptions will equally determine the degree of such accomplishments. He illustrates this assertion by drawing from Michael Jordan’s inspiration, who stated that his different perceptions of the basket enabled him to make the three-point shots that most NBA players had been unable to make. Additionally, one often needs to make sacrifices and make the right choices before any transformations are realized. These choices exist in the various types of our minds and form the basis of our lives.

You Are Still Alive, Now Act Like It by Ray Catania is a clarion call to reluctant readers to leave their comfort zones. The author uses various pedagogical strategies to make his arguments, ranging from allegories to referencing other books and authors. This not only added credibility to what he said but also showed that other well-known people had similar ideas. Catania also talks about times in his life when he had to make hard choices despite not knowing what would happen next. He clarified that, at a point of confusion and reluctance, one should make such decisions for themselves and their future life as the past is gone. This is both an educational and inspiring text that adult readers across various spheres of life will benefit from, as it challenges even what their religious beliefs may tend to overlook.

You Are Still Alive, Now Act Like It: Empower, Elevate, and Enlighten Your Consciousness by Ray Catania is an inspirational guide and the second book in Ray Catania's Awakening Series, preceded by book one, The Atheist and The Afterlife: An Autobiography. In this book the author combines his exhaustive research and personal experiences to further explore seeing beyond what we have been conditioned to believe is and is not there. There are different ways to accomplish this depending on what it is that we hope to align with, working with the power of the infinite everything. From meditation to mediumship, consciously combining consciousness, frequencies and vibrations, and manifestation, among many, many other variants, Catania blends stories, fact-based and verifiable evidence, references, and journal entries to put this leg of the ascension journey in a single volume.

Until I started having meaningful conversations with my sister-in-law about her work as a hypnosis practitioner, I used to call anything that fell into a category in which the universe was invoked to connect and explain things 'hocus pocus'. This woman has STEM degrees and works in medicine, so one could probably imagine my confusion when she brings up her work with areas such as Past Life Regression. Frankly, I thought her mind had regressed. I have the eye rolls to prove it. I don't think this way anymore and so in searching for additional source material, You Are Still Alive, Now Act Like It fell into my orbit, and not by coincidence. What I like most about what Ray Catania presents is that it is accessible. The presentation of his work feels a lot like having a conversation with someone. The narrative is engaging, frequently funny, and very enlightening. The part I keep going back to is his work as a medium as this fascinates me. I was wholly unaware that energy we cannot see, which in this case is the dead, only connects with mediums who can legitimately understand the message. “You get what you know,” we are told, which is interesting given that this further proves how we are only receptive to what we are familiar with. We are in all ways limited by the things we have not actively tried working beyond, but I'll tell you what—Catania's book is a great start.

You Are Still Alive, Now Act Like It: Empower, Elevate, and Enlighten Your Consciousness shares Ray Catania's unique insight into how the universe taught him many things when he stopped fighting the energy and events in his life. In this sequel to The Atheist And The Afterlife: An Autobiography, Catania tells of his unique experiences that revealed a higher existence. By opening his mind to the metaphysical, he learned to see the world around him without moving from where he was. With his powerful mind’s eye, he could see traumatic events, such as a widow and her child jarred to the core, who could gain peace from what he shared through his vision.

You Are Still Alive, Now Act Like It by Ray Catania is an insightful book about the author and his journey to understanding the mind and how it works with the universe. I love how Catania shares the significance of writing a letter to himself. Even though he seems to be hard on himself, this letter may have inspired and encouraged him to discover more about what the mind can do when properly focused. My favorite part about it is the chapter dedicated to ensuring we understand the meanings of his terms and phrases. Regardless of religious affiliation or on what level one believes in the power of the mind or universe, anyone could benefit from reading the vital message of learning to trust and believe in yourself, even when personal events make you doubt or question your existence.
