It is a good tool for all those women who want to rediscover their unique, beautiful, and most magnificent self. The tips and techniques are simple and can be easily incorporated into our lives. The author’s personal experiences make the book real and readers will be able to connect with her words. Her advice of choosing yourself, and citing it as one of the greatest acts of self-love and compassion, is uplifting and it helps to shift the balance of power within you. I found the book encouraging and motivating as it made me realize the importance of self-acceptance, and helped me to eliminate all those false parts of myself that I used to survive initially.
