Lou the Poo, written by Gasper, is a funny picture book for young children. One day a boy eats lots of yummy candy, but soon starts to feel something strange happening in his tummy. The boy knows exactly what he has to do; he needs to do a poo! The boy rushed to the bathroom and sat down to relieve himself, leaving him feeling much better afterward. When the boy stands up to flush, he's surprised to see something unusual looking back at him; it was his poo, and it could talk too! The boy's poo introduces themselves as Lou and apologizes for causing him discomfort, but explains the reason behind it. What was the reason for the boy's tummy issues? And what else will Lou the Poo have to say? Find out in this hilarious book, Lou the Poo.
Lou the Poo had me laughing from start to finish. Gasper has created a hilarious book for children that will also teach them what can happen when they eat too many sugary foods. We all want children to eat more healthily, but it can be a struggle to do so, which is why books like Lou the Poo can prove to be useful when in these situations. I loved the creativity the author has put into the story, and the illustrations make the book even funnier; as soon I first saw Lou the Poo, I giggled. Children are going to love reading Lou the Poo, and it will certainly have them laughing their socks off! I hope to see more of Gasper's work in the future, as I can't wait to see what they come up with next. Congrats on the book!
