Simple Rules For Simple Life: 9 Easy to Digest Lessons for Life will give you the drive to improve as an individual. Examples based on experience are the best and A.A. Sõbrad talks about them very naturally, showing that it is up to us to do new things and take advantage of our time. This book also shows that there is no standard solution to the conflicts of the day, as we are constantly learning from our mistakes and his advice can be adapted to any situation. In addition, the book has templates and illustrative material. With this guide, you will see how a small change can be the beginning of a good habit that will improve your life in many ways.
A.A. Sõbrad reminds us with his usual perception that it is essential to check whether we are working correctly or if we can be more efficient. The options that Simple Rules For Simple Life gives us to improve our activities during the day are practical, which I liked as the advice is both useful and motivating. Sometimes we need to be reminded that actions speak louder than words, or that we must be creative to solve our problems. Each situation has its nuances, and that too is explained with clarity and sensitivity, while the book encourages us to find a balance in ourselves. This book describes all of this empathetically and conveys the idea that we should not give up, but continue on our path to become better people.
