One day, she stumbles across a broken toy made of metal parts. She restores it and brings it to life. She names the toy Spark. They go outside and start to dance and their dancing brings new life to the city Ellie lives in. The major hears the commotion and sees the city is having fun. Everyone is joyful and in a celebratory mood. The major is pleased. He invites Ellie and her toy to the city square. Spark and Ellie show the people of Clockwork City how wonderful it can be to invent new and exciting things.
