LaDonna Marie is living her destiny in The Journey/The Path: The Way I See it. In this book, she shares her journey of helping others by writing. God gifted her with the skill of writing encouragement and support while she was a child. LaDonna has grown through life’s circumstances which included a divorce. Her life has gone from brokenness to wholeness in the Lord. Her writing is a healing tool given by God. LaDonna shares her poems and prose with the desire to help others cope and thrive. God always provides strength, even though the path may be rough at times. However, the end of the journey is always rewarded. This book gives encouragement and shares the power and love of God. I especially loved the poem “I Am.” This book is prose with some poems sprinkled in for good measure.

In The Journey/The Path: The Way I See it, LaDonna Marie shares her life growing in Christ. She also talks about being filled with the Spirit and doing miracles and healings. She seeks God’s face in all she does, including her writing. This book has the stamp of God’s leadership all over it. This book is full of praises to the Father for all He has done. The writing is uplifting and encouraging. LaDonna’s desire to help others heal from their hurts comes shining through in her words and her prayers. LaDonna has won several awards for her writing. She is a prolific writer and does it all for the glory of God. Writing with both God and the Word in mind, LaDonna has given us a guide map to following the will of God. Excellent book!
