The Portal of Dimensions & The Beings of Light Book III: The Stonehenge Connection, The Stones' Calling by Alan Wisniewski continues the enigmatic saga of the Abrams family as they decode increasingly urgent transmissions from alien Beings of Light. When Jennifer falls ill and appears psychically attuned to these beings, we’re back with the couple as they team up with Scotland Yard, led by Peter Firsts and Sir William Neilsen, to investigate a suspicious death at Stonehenge. Within ancient passageways and hidden chambers at Neilsen Hall, they uncover long-buried secrets, spectral apparitions, and hints of a looming terrorist plot targeting Parliament. As the Beings of Light guide their steps, Jennifer and Peter must navigate historical mysteries, modern threats, and their own distrust of unseen forces. Blending supernatural intrigue, conspiracy-thriller tension, and otherworldly communication, this installment intensifies the stakes in a universe where humanity’s fate may hinge on choosing between fear and cosmic enlightenment.
Author Alan Wisniewski has a suitably complex and detailed method of storytelling that gives you everything you could possibly want to know in terms of clues and tension for a paranormal mystery, and there’s a lot of depth as we dive into contemporary geopolitics, too. Wisniewski does a fantastic job of balancing these more conceptual elements with great action scenes and well-timed dramatic twists to keep readers glued to the pages. I really liked the Stonehenge setting, and the idea of hidden rooms evokes ancient wonder and really amplifies the story’s mystery and atmospheric setting. I liked the concept around the Beings of Light, too, and the moments with these apparitions were alarmingly divine and kept my curiosity alive from cover to cover. Overall, The Stonehenge Connection, The Stones' Calling is certainly a work that will hook readers in with its unique blend of esoteric lore and pulse-pounding suspense. I would definitely recommend it.
