Knowing that we have reasons to move on in our lives is the key to enjoying our time. When a new year comes, we resolve to make changes that can be social, mental, or physical, hoping that the challenges provided will bring us some benefits. Often we don't focus on the objective and soon deviate. With To New Beginnings And Resolutions: A Guide to Keeping New Year Resolutions (Your Guide To The Year Book 1), we can review strategies to achieve our goals. Each chapter focuses on different aspects of life, such as health, education, and family. A.A. Sõbrad includes suggestions for people who still do not know what they want to achieve. He explains that changes happen little by little. Of course, there will be failures at first, but with perseverance, we will make progress toward changing our habits or developing new skills.
It’s comforting to have support material that keeps us motivated. Using the advice from To New Beginnings And Resolutions, we can put our plans in order. A.A. Sõbrad explains how to identify the important factors and discard unhelpful ideas. He discusses attending to the real things we want to achieve, not the things we feel committed to doing. The starting point is looking for the aspect that we like or want to improve. We do not have to prove anything to others because it is our time that we must learn to manage, which is among the reasons that I enjoyed reading the book. Every new year, we have an opportunity to evaluate our priorities and look for skills that improve our self-esteem and bring us joy. It is also a perfect opportunity to leave the guilt behind, forgive misunderstandings, and reconcile with friends and family.
