Author Biography

Daniel DiMarzio was born on the Army Base in Fort Campbell, Kentucky in 1982. He graduated from Peirce College in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Concentration in Management, and is a member of Delta Mu Delta, International Honor Society in Business Administration. He is also a graduate of the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy.

Daniel is the author of numerous books investigating cultures around the world. His books are available in stores worldwide. They can also be found in public libraries from Dubai to Kathmandu and beyond.

Finding the Real Japan: Stories from the Land of the Rising Sun by Daniel DiMarzio is an entertaining book that gives unusual information about Japan, where the author focuses more on the traditional aspects of Japan, the ancient culture, and history. The book speaks about traditional Japan and modern Japan. The author captures the sights and sounds, essence, and culture of a country that has been misunderstood many a time by people. The book gives a lot of information and for those traveling to Japan, it is a good book to read as it helps them know important things about Japan before they visit.

The book is honest and the author, having lived in Japan for a few years, manages to give a lot of interesting information about the place which one does not get to read in travel books. It captures the subtle tranquility, the food, and the essence of the place beautifully. The personal experiences shared in the book are palpable to readers and that makes it encouraging to everyone to visit the place, discover, and experience Japanese culture. There are a few Japanese paintings which throw light on the people and their culture. The author gives the credit of making Japan a special place to the wonderful people there. The author’s life in Japan will make readers want to plan a trip and visit the beautiful country to experience the beauty of the place and their wonderful culture.
