It’s all about making good choices and preparing the ingredients with a bit of creative zest. Foods from around the world can add some healthy living tips that you will savor as you enjoy the nutritional benefits. There is a lot to learn about cultural history and the nutritional benefits of different foods, as well as addressing issues that are at the forefront of our lives, like gut health and how restorative fermented staples like Korean Kimchi, yogurt, and fermented red onions can add to a collage of healthy alternatives.

Coco Hazel’s cookbook, Healthy Cookbook for Adults: 90 Easy Recipes from Around the World, is a thorough and engaging presentation of healthy food alternatives. The book is well organized into the standard cookbook sections: Side Dishes, Main Dishes, Desserts, and so on. In the concluding notes, the author also includes more Tips for Staying Healthy. This is an interesting read, as well as a good resource for healthy eating alternatives.
