The fast-moving solar market soon turns that conviction into a working life where utility deals can be transformed by changing economics almost overnight. As his responsibilities expand, he begins questioning what success should look like when family life and his values have to exist beside ambition. That question ultimately leads to the creation of TurningPoint Energy, where he sets out to build a company around the kind of leadership he wants to practice.
