The Screen Switch by Anna Wells is for those of us who cannot go a minute or two without our phones. Parents will love this resource. There are so many other screens from different devices, and no one can seem to keep their hands and eyes off them. I love how Wells reiterates that it is not perfection, but progress, which is the main goal. Wells's advice in referring to your efforts to build your calm is brilliant and much needed. And I think parents will gladly take all the help they can get. The steps listed are practical, strategic, and easy to implement and customize. Wells' recommendations are straightforward, and parents will be pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to implement a better system.
