Faith couldn’t stand the pain of losing Trent anymore. She used a forgetting spell that wiped out the last six months of her memories. She was left no longer aware that she was a witch and had vampire and werewolf friends. She woke up in a place that was not familiar. Louis, a vampire slayer and a friend of her mother's found her. After she was introduced to Vincent and Isaac she moved in with them; they trained her in the use of magic. Louis convinced her that vampires killed her mother and turned her into a slayer like him. Really all they wanted Faith for was to perform a spell to bring Isaac's daughter back to life. One night Faith met Patrick. Trent's ghost attached himself to Patrick because of something in Trent’s past. Through all Faith has faced, she remained a strong character.
This tale illustrates the true characteristics of a friend. This is an action-packed book from start to finish. There are intertwining relationships that have to be sorted out. There is romance, betrayal, deceit and humor all rolled up into a paranormal tale that is hard to put down. Each book by Ms. Kolodziej gets better and better. Here you will have a very enjoyable read.
