Kim M Martin's 30 Days of Transformation is an inspirational book that focuses on motivating readers to become proactive in their lives. The book teaches the benefits of transforming oneself to a new "You." At the end of each chapter, the author has included various tips to cultivate the seed of inspiration planted within that chapter. As the reader uses this book on a day-to-day basis, this inspiring guide helps them recreate or establish their whole self: body, mind, and spirit.
I found this book to be helpful and informative. Any book that's created to help someone become a better person is a jewel in itself. I enjoyed how the author's motivational tips were added at the end of each section, broken down into days. Day 16 mentioned that, 'Living a transformed life takes practice.' This is so true. When an individual embarks on the journey to better their life, at first it may seem difficult. As they continue taking baby steps, it will seem less difficult.
This book is not just for someone seeking to be inspired, but is also one that can be read from time to time and never lose its motivational impact. There is a saying - the author makes this point as well - that it takes 21 days to break or form a habit. With this book being a 30-day journey, anyone who continues will be beyond the 21-day rule and on their way to a habit of lifetime success.
