In Living With Intention, Elizabeth Blake-Thomas designs a safe place for her readers to draw, color, and write as they unwind from daily pressures. She created Medicine with Words, a nonjudgmental space where individuals from any age or background can freely produce their work, and her book helps people put the ideas into practice. Blake-Thomas discusses living intentionally and supplies her readers with guided exercises and areas to generate their response to her work, promoting peacefulness and better self-awareness.

Elizabeth Blake-Thomas has constructed mindful activities that will provide freedom for your consciousness to breathe and create. By following her exercises and advice, you will learn ways to live a more purposeful life, full of peace and a better understanding of yourself. The book has examples and drawings that help guide individuals as they participate in the practices. Readers could use the tools the author mentions as a time for self-care and a period of quiet in a busy lifestyle. Journaling alongside the activities will facilitate reflection and a way to record your growth as you move through the book. In addition to establishing and making decisions in line with your goals but adapting if the outcome differs from what you perceived, readers may have to confront some hard truths, but it will be a step toward acceptance and gratitude. After completing the material, your priorities could be reshuffled, and you may understand more about yourself. Living With Intention is a good selection for readers who are ready to form new, positive habits and develop affirmations that help them become happier and better adjusted.
