Where The Dead Go: A Scriptural Based Model That Answers This Question is an interesting book that speaks about a topic that crosses everyone's mind at least once in a lifetime. The book builds a model, Scripture-by-Scripture that addresses the question of where the dead go once they die. The dead are taken to a waiting place - Sheol or Hades - once they leave Earth. The final journey to the abode, either Heaven or Hell, takes place after that. The book takes readers on a spiritual journey discussing a fascinating topic and clears a lot of misconceptions about the destiny of the soul once we die.
I found the book very interesting. Eric L. Richardson discusses this topic extensively using diagrams which make it clear to readers. The quotes from the Bible make the read more engaging. The theory and relationships between faith, works and grace are explained beautifully with the help of diagrams. The Kingdom of Christ includes those who are walking on Earth and obedient to God, and those who are walking in the light. The contents are presented well and the use of sketches and examples are very useful so readers can comprehend the author's words easily. The book satisfies the curiosity of many readers when it comes about knowing more about death and the soul's journey after that. The book also explores the three areas inside Sheol or Hades: Paradise, the Great Chasm or Tartarus, and the notion of multiple heavens.
